At the heart of the Grand Sports development in Casa Grande, AZ, we ware looking to develop an Federation Internationale de L'Automobile (FIA) sanctioned circuit with six (6) different configurations, an elite race school, indoor and outdoor karting tracks, the Grand Sports Retail Plaza, the Dreamport Motorsport Business Park, a VIP Paddock Hospitality area, and entertainment facilities ideal for events and corporate entertainment all centered inside our proposed Sports epicenter.

Motorsports is among the most watched sports worldwide and is among the fastest growing spectator sports in the United States. 

With annual attendance at all United States motorsports events estimated at more than 15 million people, the NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR Craftsman Truck series events, and open wheel events sanctioned by the IRL are generally the most popular motorsports events in the United States. The largest auto racing category in the United States, in terms of attendance, media exposure and sponsorships, is stock car racing.  

The Block Sports motorsport development reflects over a decade of research by ourselves on the motorsport industry and, for some of us, a lifetime of engagement in the sport. 

Emerging markets are increasingly engaging with and investing in top-level sports: the next three Olympic Games will be staged in Asia, while Russia and Qatar are the next two FIFA World Cup hosts. A host of Chinese companies, meanwhile, are investing in events, broadcast rights, teams, facilities and leagues at home and abroad, encouraged by the China government’s desire to create a US$813 billion sports industry by 2025. Motorsport, particularly Formula One, has been ahead of the curve in convincing governments in emerging markets to fund events.

We will offer an amazing possibility to experience the real Formula 1 (F1) experience, performance maintenance and care, extreme motorsports, off-road motoring adventures, Grand Turismo (GT) series, while setting new standards for a racing facility in the U.S. with workshops, car storage, parts, stores, office, retail, training facilities, and a myriad of branded amusement. Retail business and commercial activities from leading automotive brands provide the ultimate experience and interactivity on-location and via our cutting-edge streaming platform.
